Could someone please tell me what the publication dates are for the Sennadar books and Subjugation?

I first came across Fel's works in 2004, and have been following them assiduously ever since.

At that point the first few chapters for The Sword of Fire had already been posted, so I don't even know the chapter release dates prior to that, let alone when the earlier books were written.

I recall reading a post somewhere that detailed when Fel started writing the Firestaff series, and the revisions that it underwent. When I looked for it recently though I was unable to find it.
