And another update.

I hope to have Earth Bond done by the end of next week (you know, not THIS week since this is Saturday, but it might be next week already depending on your location/religion). I've had a lot of IRL stuff going on really slowing me down, and it's gonna keep slowing me down until Wednesday.
As a minor warning, my writing will slow down a little along with the activities of many other people on this forum when the new WoW expansion drops late next month.
Give me a few weeks to get monks out of my system, and I'll be back to normal.

Ahhh, worry not, we consider WoW your "getting inspired" time.
Have fun!

I wish I could put my girlfriend on pause for the next 6 months after WoW comes out, let me start playing, level my DK/Priest, do all the content, then un-pause her ;P Alas, I don't think I'll be playing WoW unless I want to move the computer to the lounge, and sleep on the couch.

then try convincing her to play it.... she might like it.... the downside would be u would be fighting over the computer for it...

That's easy - just buy another computer - unless it needs some kind of ultra gaming system.

Don't forget new squad based Xcom game is coming out in a few month! I might have to take a short vacation from real life to kick that off.

Guild Wars 2 goes live at the end of this month. Taking a week off to get the craziness out of my system.

Sounds like you need to buy a better couch.

A possibility, she played Diablo 3 all the way through, so I could probably get her to play WoW. I think the main problem, less so than wanting to keep a relationship, is wanting to put life on hold.
I played WoW pretty hardcore for three years, and I just found it not to be good for me. You know the person who would get up in the morning go to work, come home and start playing wow immediately, go to sleep at 1am because of the guilds timezones for raids (I was living in NZ at the time), then in the weekend play a solid 12 hours both days. Rinse repeat. That sort of player. Didn't help that I lived with another guy who was exactly the same.

Haha, love it. The couch isn't actually bad, I have slept on it once.

can't wait for those monks, I got my CE already paid for. sad part is I'll be missing the midnight party since I have to work that night, but that can be a good thing at times too.I just need to make sure that one of the guys at the store will save me a expansion set poster to add to wrath and cata.

This WoW really takes a part of life. I tried to retire as it really consumes me at times. Now with teenagers, have to set a good example that they are more important than the puter games. Sigh. Must keep the harmony. All ze best to those gamers out there.

Things just got pushed back to early next week.
I didn't anticipate getting food poisoning yesterday. I'm just to where I can sit upright without throwing up.
Needless to say, work yesterday was...messy.

Well, hell, that's not fun. Get better quick.
Did you eat out, or was it homemade?
