What's the IRC Channel again?

I know you guys have an IRC channel and network where you regularly meet. I've seen the info posted before, but I forget where.

So once again for the memory challanged, what network, what channel, and what are the regular times (time zone too, please) when the channel gets busy?

Thanks a bunch. :)

I'm not on often (nobody ever seems to be talking when I'm free), but from what I can remember it's on Newnet, and it's #sennadar.

server:
irc.newnet.net
(round robin address)
channel:
#sennadar

I don't know regular times, though.

There is no regular time to meet, dustyX, uniquec, Grey, Spec, J-man5, Smilodon, and myself tend to be on there most of the time but dont expect us to answer or that any conservsation that may take place have anything to do with the books

About regular times: remember about different timezones.

Timezones? All over the world...

Me, I'm at GMT +1 hour, in Sweden. Right now, that means GMT +2 hours due to summertime. Don't remember the other, but someone in USA, another in Australia, and so on.

If we feel like it, and have something to say, there might pop up a discussion, but don't take me on the word about it.

That's the truth I'm GMT -5 or UTC -4 (due to Daylight savings)

I'm in NSW, Australia. That's GMT+10

GMT+11 During *OUR* Daylight Savings (Roughly the opposite of the US/Northern Hemisphere)

Note that what GMT +/- we're at has nothing to do with our sleeping patterns and when we'd be on our computers ;)

Fel was on #sennadar two last times around 1:00 am UTC.

But that does not mean he will be on again tonight at that time. There are times when Fel is not seen on IRC for weeks even months. He isn't a creature of habit.

Correct. The only habit I've ever seen Fel show, is that he likes to randomly turn up and give out a few new chapters to something in less than a week, then all of a sudden, dissapear back into his hole to await the next blue moon.

I know that feeling, here's me waiting very impatiently for the next Subjugation chapter, which is different since I'm usually quite patient. I guess we've been spoiled with the nice quick wait between chapters, I just hope it lasts a while longer ;)!

Somehow[x] I got banned on NewNet (irc://newnet.net): :'(
Banned AGLINE ID f1939f0248e24d002e4089453eb15010 -- Enable IDENTd
Well, my computer is behind a firewall. I have started identd service with default configuration (RedHat 9), and added port forwarding on a firewall/router (D-Link DI-604). I still cannot connect. I have tried to check if identd is really available... but nmap shown all ports on firewall as filtered; I guess the firewall is too good (for this checking).

x). I wanted to try out Gaim to see how it looks like compared to the IRC client I use now, namely KSirc (from kdenetwork). I had Ksirc turned on... but I tried the same with KSirc and ChatZilla (from Mozilla Suite) and nothing went wrong.

Update: I can connect to NewNet again...
