'Thor's Child' just isn't being cooperative, so here's a chapter of 'Detour to Otherwhen.'
Although it was edited, I expect there may be a mistake or two since it was mostly typed with 2 fingers -- sorry about that, but 'Art Ritus' is visiting.

Thanks KP! My reading shelf is empty, and I am finding this story very interesting.

This cold damp weather seems to bring Art for a visit every spring and fall. As the years go by he seems to stay longer each time.
