My eyes were feeling better the last day or two and I had no migraines either, which is astounding since it's HOT outside and I have no AC.
Anyway, here's chapter 10.
Oh, I should warn you, there's a teeny, tiny, itsy bitsy cliff hanger on this one. Sorry (Nawww, not really!

Ooh, excellent!
And I am glad you are better, Dude.
One thing that I am wondering about -- where are Thor's hormones? At his age, I expected to spend many of his waking hours experiencing lust; either trying to ignore it, or trying to satisfy it.

Ahh, some more plot threads!
Hope you keep feeling well, I know as a fellow sufferer of migraines how bad they can be.

Sorry to say I'm still fighting an eye infection that makes writing extremely difficult. Actually, it makes life d@%# difficult and it really annoys me.
The good news is I can sneak in fifteen or twenty minutes just after my eyes are treated, and that happens 4 times a day, so I have the next chapter over half done - but still unedited of course. To be honest, the whole thing is a pain!
My eyes are feeling quite good this morning - so, I have a choice, do I try to write for a bit, or do I go read part of Fel's new chapter ? Hmm ........

Sorry about not keeping folks up to date - but I've been in and out of hospital so darn often during the last while that I'm not sure where to call home. Of course when I
AM in the hospickle I can only get to an internet connection when an old friend is on the front desk at night - that works out to about every second week and then only for 2 or 3 days out of the week.
Anyway, I've been fighting off a bronchial infection on top of the eye problems, which haven't really improved all that much. In fact there's about a fifty/fifty chance I may go blind in one eye. I have some sort of viral infection in my eyes and while one seems to be improving the other isn't. Coughing, snorting and barking with the bronchial problems isn't helping either - each time I cough, I get pain in BOTH eyes.
Don't waste too much sympathy on me though-- I've had good innings. I've lived longer than my Dad did -- actually I've outlived both of my parents, 3 brothers and a sister, as well as countless aunts, uncles and cousins and even numerous nieces and nephews. But I doubt if I'll live as long as my Mother did - of course she made it to see her 102nd birthday.
Gotta go for now - time for eye drops and a lay-down.
K Pelle aka GBLW
PS; if that sounded a touch depressed and disconsolate, it's natural -- that happens when you hurting, but don't worry about it -- I know that the sun will come up tomorrow and I intend to be around to see it. After all, I have a story or two I plan to finish.
