Fel has told us on multiple occasions how popular TerraTV is. But not why.

Do they simply like shows with male dominated casts? (Like Xena in reverse) Does their ignorance of such low tech blur the line between science and magic for them? (Like star trek in reverse) Do they get a perverse semi religious joy of watching Faey culture 'educating' the backwards ignorant humans? (Like a cowboy film) Or is it the new ideas present there? Liberty, freedom, emancipation, the terrible dangers posed by absolute monarchies?

Assuming the shows on TerraTV aren't just bland sports, travelogs, or shows specially made for the Imperium, or have very creative dubbing, some human attitudes and values are going to creep across.

Fel did say that we are a very attractive race to the faey, perhaps that's the thing, that or the fact that humans in general appear to be more creative then the faey,who tend to stick to archaic settings because it's easy.

I think it is a combination of factors.

1. It has been repeatedly stated how Faey women reacted to human men and as we all know Sex sells.

2. The Imperium does not make a difference between a Action movie and a porn movie. To them they are both just movies and there is no special restriction on porn, which ties into point 1. Now they can see a Terran male in action so to speak.

3. Fel wrote that the LA and Cali Governments have been extremely favorable to the movie companies and that Faey have been flocking to the LA area to work in the Industry.

4. All of this sparked interest in Faey tourists to go there. Word of mouth from friends alone then piques curiosity of what Terra is about and Terran Entertainment is a way to get a grasp on that.

5. The Faey is an older race then Humans and their Entertainment Industry has been around longer. We have really started seeing in Hollywood that sadly the writers have lost the inclination to write anything original. They keep making movies out of old TV shows, or rehasing an old movie. Now imagine what that would be like after 1,000 years. Because of racial differences and the way both races evolved there would be something new that humans put out from a Faey perspective.

6. Fel Wrote that Hollwood started making Faey Orientated movies (Porn) but this derives off a different tangent. Hollywood has shown it is very good at targeting a specific audience and marketing to it. So here you have a huge new market and they are just doing what they have always done.

True. Then again, I can't help but imagine the Faey suffering from a fit of giggles when they watch Star Wars.

I think they just love the 30hr cooking channels. Hmm exotic food prepared by hunky chefs (ahem!).

nah the cartoons mate , with all those superheros in tight form fitting latex costumes!
