Can't wait to get it and toss my GTX260 video card into it and rock wow

Pfft, PvP gear suxx big time, (granted in pvp it helps a lot, but in PvE/Raiding it suxx)Fel wrote:I quit WoW when I found out they're gonna force us to do Arena to get level 80 PvP gear.
Hell no.
I quit EQ because of being FORCED to do things, no way no how am I going to be forced to do something in a GAME to get where I want to go.
So, I'm currently back on my Nintendo DS kick. If I go back to a MMO, I'll probably try out Warhammer.
I play a Enhance shammy, and I can handle rogues pretty good as long as they don't get the drop on me first, (but like any class if they get the drop on you, your toast)Fel wrote:In my PvP gear, as a rogue, using subtlety spec I could pull and kill 5 67-70 mobs simultaneously. With Combat spec I could pull and kill 7. I could kill most "3 players recommended" elites solo. I had over 10khp, a boatload of armor for a leather class, and a LOT of resilience...and resilience DOES reduce dps from mobs as well as other players.
And that's just the defense, which is not what rogues are about.
Rogues are all about melee dps, and we won't even discuss what kind of punishment I could dish out when I burned every cooldown I had. That's basically why I could pull a whole room and kill it, because I could literally out-dps the 5 enemies while my defensive stats kept me alive. A single pulled mob usually didn't last much past 8 seconds. Cheap Shot, Hemo, Kidney Punch, Hemo, Hemo, Eviscerate, dead.
Actually, these are the reasons why most WoW classes hate rogues with a passion bordering on holy. A rogue dishes out massive damage, can take hits in return at least well enough to out-dps the opposition, can chase down virtually anyone because of shadowstep, and can just Vanish if they're losing.
And to think, I picked the class just because there's no real invisibility in WoW and I wanted a class that could move around without being seen.
