Sorry if I put this in the general forum rather in the Weavespinner forum, I wasnt sure as it is both related to the book and the site's design. For somereason I get a 404 'page not found' error.
Here is the link as of now:
http://home.hiwaay.net/~djcurtis/weave.htm
I know in the Weavespinner forum there is already a post about this with some workarounds by going to another site, but I actually prefer reading the stories here. Anyway, I love the stories and am ready to start "Weavespinner" and cant

so thought I would let the powers that be know about it.
**edit**
Also not sure about this either...mayber I am using a old link to a older site? I noticed the one site I read from hasnt been updates since '03. The link I have bookmarked is :
http://www.sennadar.com/
Please let me know if there is a newer site out there, thnx

Why almost noone bother to check if this information wasn't posted here before. ::sighs::
You can use one of the following "backup" sites. Some are more upt to date than the others.
- http://sennadar.plebian.net - Official backup site by CanisD, site/space provided kindly by Spec8472. Contains both .doc (MS Word) and HTML version.
- http://sennadar.dontexist.com - Lochar's backup. Lightweight. Contains both doc and HTML versions, some chapters in RTF format. Lochar wrote also "The world of Sennadar Compendium" (work in progress).
- http://groups.yahoo.com/group/FelBooks/ - Yahoo! Group FelBooks created/owned by Uncle Rand. You need to have Yahoo! account and be subscribed to FelBooks group (both free; I think ou would be prompted for both when using this URL). Contains either zip files in .doc format or well formed, nice HTML (newer files). Might be less up to date. Bookmarking the separate files is not easy on Yahoo! Groups.
- http://193.0.122.19:8010/sennadar/ - Shadowhawk (mine) backup. Contains only Tarrin Kael Chronicles (Firestaff Series and Pyrosia Chronicles), only in HTML format. The site may be down from time to time: when my Apache server crashes (it seeems to crash on SIGHUP i.e. config reload), when I switch my computer to MS Windows, and when I turn off my computer. If you see the image here
, then this site is up and running.
- http://vysnu.com/koal/fel/ - Koal service on Vysnu, probably by qhitch. Only some of books are converted. HTML format.
- http://www.geocities.com/icole/ - Kael Chronicle Backup by Icole. Due to bandwidth limits (it's Geocities!; probably the size limit, too) the zip files were removed from the site. Contains links to FelBooks folders, it has latest at the time chapters of "Sword of Fire" (chapter 10) and "Subjugation" (chapter 5) in .doc format.
Hope
That
Helps. And use
Search for the next time, please...

Not quite sure thats the
Official Backup, And i'm sure I registered that domain
Code: Select all
Domain name: PLEBIAN.NET
Registrant:
(removed)
But yes, CanisD runs the sennadar side of things for the most part.

Corrected.
I knew that CanisD has taken care of putting the stories, but it wasn't he providing the webspace. I just haven't found the name of site owner at the site.
And I wonder why in "Email [url=mailto:
icole@yahoo.com?subject=sennadarbackup:]
me[/url] if there are any problems with this site."
me refers to
icole.

Sorry about those broken links, dusty's shell space died, and I'm kinda HTML stupid.
I'll try to fix it and update the webpage in the next couple of days, and point those broken links to the backup site.

p.s. I've noticed you've posted more than normal here lately. Not complaining. Enjoying the interesting answers to questions.

That has more to do with the actually site problems and questions and not anything about the hosting
(It's also a hold over that has never been changed from the geocities attempt that I should take down one of these days)
