that's the best i can translate the latin. If we were supposed to decipher a govt agency from that i think you were referring to the NSA but left out the national part.

I just reversed the letters of TSA to be AST
Administratio - Administration
Cautela - Security
itum - walk / move / sail (ie. transportation)

Aboleo - Destroy

Think what teleportation would do to this already beleagured agency. It would absolutely destroy it. Which would be a goo thing in my mind.

Insula - Island
was just there because we we talking about the destination of Hawaii.
