Edengrave,
Thanks, I found it... the story is called "The Phoenix Shadow."
I must have overlooked it, or made a bad search the first time I looked for it.

I can wholeheartedly recommend "The Madness Season" by C.S. Friedman as a very good shape shifter story. Again much thanks.

Don't worry, it was an accident. It won't happen again.

remember about a year ago I was asking about a huge fanfiction, about nightbane, highlander, gargoyles and stuff?
I found out the title, but I can't find the file hosted anywhere.
It's called the Persistence of Time by Jim Cannon.
I think he went by the pen name of Gargoyle.
If you could do me a huge favor and take 5 mins of you time and help me look for it, I'll love you forever or til I get bored, which ever comes first.

Have you tried emailing him?
cannonj@xoommail.com. I've sent a test email to that address, and at least it didn't bounce immediately.
Whoops. It just bounced finally. Sorry buddy, but I can't seem to help much. You could try a yahoo email search...

I have misplaced/lost somehow quite good anime-like original fiction, with main character in lone city in the middle of the Mad-Maxian desert, with souped-up old car; alternative dimension, magic and bullets. I think I got there from
http://www.eyrie.net (etc. section), but I'm not so sure.
Help, anyone?

The only thing that even vaguely rings a bell is the opening of Undocumented Features: Core 4 on
http://www.eyrie-productions.net/UF/CORE
But that doesn't sound very close...

Hmm, I think you're looking for one of the side stories of the Undocumented features. Do you remember reading about Leon riding around in KITT, and something about GAZ? (God, Angel Zoner)
I think I have to file on my laptop at work (Hey I get bored too!) and I'll try and find it for you, and I'll email it to you.

Perhaps. KITT-like vehicle (but not black transam if I remember correctly), i.e. with many extras... Well, now that I know where to search for it, perhaps I will find it. I'll let you know.
Thanks.

I am looking for an online story about a Meta-Human superhero named 'Looney Toons' and his ability is to take songs and use them to create mystical happenings. The part that I had already read was a crossover with BubbleGum Crisis.
I had thought that I had gotten the original link from the
Links to Good Reading... but I must have been mistaken because browsing through there I did not see the link.
Anyone have any clues?

You thought good, the link was from
Links to Good Reading... thread (and is also on mine Sennadar Wiki user's subpage

The story is:
