"WC" is often used to represent Water Closet -- an older name for the room with a Toilet. (no bath or shower, just a toilet and wash basin)

It was a play on the "Wii" name... i.e pipe Wii into the Loo*...

* Loo being another another aus/uk/nz term for a toilet.

** = Just remembered WC is used extensively in europe and in international airports to designate toilets*** too. Very useful when you're wandering around (say) Rome and needing to find a toilet.

*** = Except, in some cases they just use interesting graphics. i.e of a man uhh... "Wii"ing... little dotted parabolic arc and all.

Wii? PS3? NSFW? Xbox is the only thing I recognized in this post and all I know about that is that it's a home video game system of some sort.

Sometimes you guys just freak me out cuz I feel like (even though I'm a programmer of sorts) that you talk a different friggin' language.

I'm so confused.

Wii, PS3, and Xbox 360 are all next generation console gaming platforms. Think Atari and Nintendo. The Wii (pronounced wee) is Nintendo's answer and competition to the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The whole forum topic is based on the video that's linked in the first post. Click on "Which would you choose" and you'll be directed to the video. NSFW means "Not Safe For Work," because bosses get upset at that kind of thing. It's perfectly harmless though, and hysterical, so you should watch it.

Ok, I got it now. Didn't even see that there was a link in the first post. Just thought he had changed the font color. And yes, the video was funny. Now I have at least a clue as to what this is about. I'm embarassed to admit it, but Atari was the last home video game I've ever played. Seriously. We play computer games here... in fact I logged WAY too much time on Diablo yesterday.

But seriously, you should try Oblivion, if you haven't already. It's a LOT better.

Oblivion? never heard of it, but I'll tell Himself to keep an eye out for it. Is it similar to Diablo? Right now I'm a level 24 Paladin and having OH so good a time. I've been an Amazon and a Druid so far. My Amazon got wasted in a hard drive crash and my Druid was never able to kill Diablo. I have a feeling my Paladin is going to have a much better time with Big D.

Oblivion is a PC/Xbox 360 game. It's probably the best Fantasy based RPG that I've ever seen. It's the latest installment of the Elder Scrolls series, but it far surpasses anything before it. It is truly great to look at, and on Xbox at least, the graphics are incredible--especially on a 55" HDTV.

I have several level 99 characters on Diablo. My favorite is probaly a dual sword barbarian or a mace weilding paladin. My first character in Diablo was a Thorns Paladin, and I went toe to toe with the Big D and didn't die on my first try.

I think it would be really cool if they came out with a newer Diablo for today and/or one for the NextGen consoles that are out there. But I don't know what the story-line would be, because all the soulstones and such have been destroyed. Ah well, wishful thinking I guess.
