Ignorance is bliss, knowledge is power. Are the powerful very unhappy?

Re: Railgun vs. Faey Armor
I was thinking becasuse of the speed of the rail gun it could probably travel a lot of miles before stoping so has a high chance of hiting somthing. But if the bullet has a range limit built in to them. I mean so they wourld explode and splinter. I would be best if the limit could be changed just be for the bulet was fired. THe gun could probalybly take in the range to neares target and have it explode a 100 yards or so after the target. this would help to becaue the rail gun cuts like butter thru most armor adn would jsut contiune out the other side only sightly slower. This could help to cut down on colateral dammage.
