I have been checking the forums multiple times a day for the past week for the 2nd Chapter

Thanks Fel. Citadel Online sounds like a version of the anime series Sword Art Online. Your take on skills requiring a player to actually perform said skill and gaining experience by doing it could be taken that the game just represents your actual level of skill at doing something on a level system. A way to keep track of your own experience and show others how proficient you are. I like this as a new player that is very skilled at a task does not need to spend weeks or months grinding experience in order to be able to use skills he is already proficient at.
