So far, WoD expansion has been...underwhelming.
It took me a ridiculously short time to level to 100.
It took a ridiculously short time to gear up to raid-ready.
And now that I've reached those two objectives...I don't really have all that much to do except the ridiculously long and annoying apexis dailies, grinding out world mobs for rep towards mounts, or leveling alts. There's a decided lack of INTERESTING things to do once you hit max level. I'm hoping this is because the xpac is only 2 weeks old and they haven't released endgame content quite yet (the first raid isn't open yet), but if they don't give us some non-grindy things to do, I'm gonna get bored fast.
On the bright side, I did enjoy the LFR Molten Core raid they released for 10th anniversary.
On the other game front, the new pokemon game is actually pretty decent.

Just another guy from the shallow end of the gene pool.

No one will complain if you are writing earlier!
Sorry your experience was underwhelming. Though that seems to be what everyone else is finding as well.

I'm finding it a welcome change from the year plus of Siege of Orgrimmar, but the newness has already worn off. The garrison is super addictive for completists, especially if you have multiple alts (as I do). That alone is probably enough to get people to log in frequently. Like you I'm not a fan of the apexis dailies, as well as all the other things that are just obvious grinds. Maybe it will get better in a couple weeks when the raids are released and we do fewer things with random people. LFR Molten Core was almost enough to make me swear off anything outside of my guild. Such a cluster.
