If you're stuck for something to read and you don't mind looking over something totally different, you could take a look at http://storiesonline.net/a/Tony_Stevens
He`s written a 'ton' of short stories and a few longer ones, and while he has written several stories about a fictional version of the Baltimore 'Birds' - even his baseball stories are interesting to non-baseball fans.
I really liked his story "Healer" and another one I liked was "Whatever It Takes" but there are so many others that are in the good to great bracket that you could spend quite a while reading them all.
Meanwhile I'm going back to writing.

Thanks blakagant, I second this. I started reading it last Sunday and I'm only now caught up. Its a great, long, quality read. Of course I'm now feeling just about as bad a withdrawal waiting for a new chapter as I do with Fel's work.blakagant wrote:Was looking through the topwebfiction link and i am hooked on the web fic 'Worm'.

An objective definition of "Political Correctness":
"A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical, liberal minority, and
rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the
proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."

Skitter just killed her second PRT director and appears to have killed the "invulnerable" Alexandria while handcuffed in PRT HQ after it appears Alexandria killed either Rachael or Grue. The cherry on top of this cake was that Skitter warned them that if they killed one Undersider she would kill them both. They didn't believe her, with Alexandria bragging about her 49 fights with an Endbringer with out geting hurt. 49 fights with an Endbringer S class threat without an injury, get killed 10 mins after messing with the weird bug girl.
The Mizriath Jihad is on hold.....for the moment

I can see why. Got me hooked, too.
Re: Links to Good Reading (Part 2)
so I started reading starwalkerblog.com 6 hours ago(with a few short breaks for food and such). I love the way the story is being told. Very different from the traditional he said/she said style.

That is true except her ships were actual bodies surrounded by a ship hull not an AI/mind map cross. Both excellent Ideas and great stories.
