Most species create their own telepaths correct, to deal with faey, i wonder if karrine science could help this. a chance for telepathy and telekinesis would be great, and put them on equal footing with the faey. also so long as the consortium exists it will be a threat, so will want the war like faey around.

Would jason set up a program for more faey telepaths, and a sperm bank for faey generations.

Fel has made it clear that no species can MAKE a telepath. Most species have some in their ranks that have some abilities, but many species have no telepathic abilities. These species can't be helped. Those with some could possibly be assisted genetically to be stronger or more abundant. The others could possibly be given some tech to block intrusion, which the Fey would NOT like in the least.

Actually, I think many, if not most of the ideas proposed in this section are already eliminated by the 'facts' Fel has already stated, either through the words of the evolving story or in statements he's made concerning this particular universe, (which is after all, his creation!) He has set himself certain physical and scientific limits in the process of writing about this universe and his story is bound by those limits. He's done a marvelous job of keeping within the limits of those rules, but some of the speculation we have seen promoted in this spoiler section ignores those rules completely.

Let's face it, the basis behind all science fiction lies in changing one or more rules of the physical universe, then creating an complete imaginary universe which is bound by those new rules. If the writer ignores those rules and 'jumps the shark' during the process of writing the story, he has changed his 'science fiction' story into a 'science fantasy' tale.

Fel does an excellent job of writing PURE science fiction!

The colonists would join due to faey military, also un afraid of tlepaths as they are almost majority empaths.

THe shio would join due to the need of rebuilding, greyhawk could easily be their court representative, also the fact they look so much alike will mean easy to join togehter. THey will also suffer trying to be made into soldiers.

The skaa will loose a lot, their greatest point of battle was numbers, the sheer tech level will mean that while capable of fighting, they are will be losing alot. Possibly enough that they would not be able to consider expansion for a while. THe skaa may be the ones made example of as they are the most vulnerable and low tech, the actual fact they can hold off the consortium will piss them off.

The alliance will need help rebuilding, in trade, also with gates, catapults and indictors, faey space would be the richest and safest trade route and opportunity. their races will suffer be ing made into soldiers. their council will also deal with the fact they were told what the enemy were going to do and they ignored it. so the radiation head, the simians, some kind of insect race, what are the other two.

The jobodi are the dangerous people, too difficult to attack, they are a military dictgator ship, so would understand being a part of the faey military, always best to go with the armed forces. i wonder if a faey warrior could win leader ship.

THe urumni fleet has been greatly diminished, while rebuilding wont be damaged due to the war, they will lose numbers. THey will be faey closest ally, and house trillane will suffer. if they are helpful enough, they may just deal with an honor duel in the end. The faey would have the opportunity for expansion, but need forces to hold more systems safely, the urumni will be the strongest empire after the faey, danhai knows this, also the blood queen rules by belief of the people, so if she is convinced could bring them in whole. the urumni get more systems, better tech, as well as thanks of house karrine.

What if the consortium fill their ships with conquered races, will jason be able to destroy them as they attempt to take karis.

The wolverine like people, will they switch their trade deals to the faey, or house karrinne.

Will the non faey empires keep indictors after the war. condition, that they keep them so long as they do not force other to join. faey will encourage this as the other races will balance out the faey less plesant attributes, and create new power block against the faey houses. the war will likly unite most races.

syed, what is that last disjointed message all about? :?: :?:

Is that last post a series of wishes? ......... fears? ....... dreams? ....... nightmares? ........ divinations from the guts of a chicken? ........ or is that a series of demands which you are insisting Fel MUST write just to please you? (if so I should warn you that the most effective way to have an author write the exact opposite of what you want to read is to make demands upon him -- just ask me!) :?

Is your post a response to a message I or someone else posted? (If you are writing in response to my post, I wasn't singling you out as the only offender who may have missed a point or two or ten of the detail Fel includes in his stories.) :|

Do you have any idea of what you wrote or what meaning your message conveys? If so, your meaning is unclear and your message came across in a somewhat garbled format. Perhaps your computer is suffering some form of static or other interference with comprehensive detail. Does your computer suffer from GiGo? (If a virus of some other kind is the problem, might I suggest you purchase a copy of a very powerful virus removal software program, but I'll warn you now --- In the case of GiGo, it probably will not work.)

And there I was thinking that I was the only one having trouble digesting Syed's last message. It was as close as anyone could get to not writing in English while actually using English words imho.
"Bachelors should be heavily taxed. It is not fair that some men should be happier than others." - Oscar Wilde

What actually happened was that George Dubya Bush saw an Iraqi maths teacher carrying a geometry set, accused him of being a member of the notorious Al-gebra movement, and charged him with possessing weapons of maths instruction.

Sorry Syed - but I just gotta say it... generally there is at least one paragraph in your longer posts that contains a sentence or two which even after multiple re-reads still provokes an puzzled "WHAT??" from me. Followed by head scratching and a mutters of "What? That wasn't in the chapter I read!" I'll just say you probably need to read aloud what you've typed... unless your on pain meds all the time... or you post while your drunk?

Yes I am picking on you - hopefully you'll take it in the way it was intended... just a little fun.
