At least that's the impression I have at the moment.
Does cause a problem with some scenarios, where it appears that ships are changing their actions based on events that happened after they entered hyperspace, where they wouldn't have any way of knowing things changed without receiving real-time transmissions from home.
The attack on Dracora took place while the Alliance squadron was in hyperspace, they would have no way of knowing that anything had occurred, and its already been stated that they don't have real-time ship coms, so nations, such as the Alliance, being spooked by the attack would have nothing to do with the actions of the Alliance squadron. And Jason is smart enough to have kept the causality/communications situation in mind, which makes it a very strange mental thinking on his part.As soon as they received that warning, the little fleet jumped out without so much as an acknowledging transmission. It was a highly puzzling development, nothing that anyone expected, but Jason had a feeling that the attack on Dahnai and the Siann had spooked the other nations, seriously spooked them.
Have I overlooked something?
