Jason's Old Professor

I just started re-reading Subjugation again, and am curious as to if Jason ever got back in touch with his almost-friend professor Ailan. When he left New Orleans, he seemed to dwell ever so briefly about how he will miss his professor, however I don't believe we ever read anything more about him. I'm a bit fuzzy about if he was mentioned later on when the new school was opened on Earth, or if Jason ever called him or sent him a note. I would like to think that Ailan would be proud of the work Jason did, and his improvisational development of technology, as well as his connection to the Karrines.

ya know that's a good point. probably offered him a job in the Academy !

I would have to say he probably went the way of the former house that had control of the Earth. He is male, so has little to no control of his own life or destiny. Although Jason would think highly of him and would like to have him, even would probably offer him a place in the house I doubt he would have been able to take it due to various problems. I think Jason would like for his continued assistance in the education of his people.
