Post by Spec8472 »

Here's some stats for sennadar.com / sennadar.plebian.net (note: excludes wiki)

Unique Vistors: (excludes robot activity)
Over 1,400 per day (Jan 2007), and rising.
December 2006 saw just under 7,000 unique visitors for the month. This is up from 3,300 in December 2005.

Page Views (includes non-aggregated RSS readers)
Nearly 10,000 per day (Jan 2007), and rising.
December 2006 saw over 201,000 page views for the month. This is up significantly from just 38,000 for December 2005.

Bandwidth (excludes robot activity)
Averaging about 200MB/day, but it's pretty "spiky" - some days 150MB, others 350MB.
December 2006 saw about 6GB of traffic for the month. Up Significantly from November 2006 at 4GB. December 2005, suprisingly, wasn't too much lower - 2.8GB, down from November 2005 which was just under 4GB.

I used to have the link you posted where we could look at the bandwidth ourselves.

Now I'm gonna have to go try to dig it up. :P

Yeah, it's not public - and I'd appreciate it staying that way :P

Heh, you made it public at one time.

But I'll keep it to myself if I find it. And my closest 9 million friends. :P

The IRC Channel isn't a particularly big audience :P

(I did a check in the DB - there's no URLs on here which link to the stats)

Edit: Well, not in any of the public forums :)

Thats probably because fel was releasing so many chapters and we were all logged on continuously trying to get the next chapter upgrade. Heck, I was logged on with three computers and mutliple tabs!!!
Tin Foil... Still putting down money that its the key for the defeat of the baddies...

Fel, Is it done yet? Probably not, but I don't have anything better to do! Is it done yet? Probably not, but I don't have anything better to do! Ahhh, its done... dang, now what am I going to read???
New books! Yay! let the nagging begin! Is it done yet? Probably not, but I don't have anything better to do! Is it done yet? Probably not, but I don't have anything better to do!...

True, I really have nothing better to do in my free time, I mean, what could be better than reading Fel's stories or being messed with by Spec? Thanks for the fun spec!
