Could a Generation use a medical sleep inducer to jump hyperspace? Apparently, it will put anyone to sleep in a minute or less, and it will let them awaken with the same speed.

This would be a way for a Generation to make a long jump, at least in theory.

You could also look at LibreOffice. It is available in 64 bit, it's free, and it does everything MS Office does and works on Office formats transparently. I've been using it since it was StarOffice, which has been a while.

I highly recommend it.

If the bent conduit is kinked, I wouldn't even try, the risk is much too high. That sharp edge in the kink can easily cut through the insulation and short out your service.

If the bend is an arc, then it might be possible to bend it back. Just use extreme caution, that is 220V AC, and short circuit ...

I have 'proofed' versions of nearly everything Fel has done. Being a proofer, those little errors tend to make my teeth grind, so I usually fix them. I tend to focus on spelling, punctuation, word choice (i.e. there/their/they're) and continuity. I rarely edit.

Something that occurred to me ... Generations may want to be jacked, too. Some of them, at least. Mainly, obviously, to deal with hyperspace, especially if they're jumping with a jacked crew. Admitted, it won't happen often, but it is possible. There may be other benefits, too.

Yes, it's expensive, at $7.2M. On the other hand, a new C90 King Air is over $3.6M. So twice the price. Not too outrageous considering what you get. The price is similar to a CJ3 ($7.5M).
