Where exactly is Chapter 1 of Insurrection?

It seemed that the author just dropped off the net.

I was only able to get to Chapter 15 in the Persistence of Time novel. The other chapters had HTML not found errors. Although the error message was pretty funny.

Rand was always crippled by his fears and limitations. Fel's characters transcended their limitations. I much prefered the latter over the former. The subject matter may be the same, but everything else is different.
